Levitt Corporation Announces the Opening of Two Levitt and
Sons Communities in Florida, the #1 State for Homebuilding; Hartwood Reserve
and Hunters Creek Open for Sales
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Feb 2, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Levitt Corporation
(LEV) today announced the opening of two new Levitt and Sons(TM)
communities, Hartwood Reserve in Lake County, Florida, and Hunters Creek in
Orange County, Florida.
The private gated Hartwood Reserve community, located in Clermont, offers
325 single-family one-and two-story homes with 12 flexible floor-plans
ranging from 1,881 to 3,815 square feet. The homes feature three to six
bedrooms, two to four-and a-half bathrooms, and two and three car garages.
Prices start in the low-to mid-$200,000s. Adorned with landscaped entry and
perimeter fencing, the community's amenity package includes a recreation
area complete with a lighted tennis court, basketball court, children's
playground and a resort-style heated swimming pool. One of the few areas in
Florida with rolling hills, Clermont is situated roughly 25 miles Northwest
of the busy downtown Orlando area and 20 miles Northwest of one of Florida's
most popular attractions, Walt Disney World.
